Scouring the town for fabrics and trimmings for my new collection is anything but tedious. It is something that is necessary and exciting all in one.
Decades ago women wore a full outfit consisting of a skirt, blouse, tights and minimal jewelry everyday. This was the traditional formula of attire, however, today there is a modern twist to it. It might not contain all of the same components but it does have the same appeal. There is something to be said about a woman that is conservative in her attire and can still have fun with her look. Now my heels might be a few inches higher than a few decades ago, and my outfit not so traditional in looks but it makes as big of an impact as say something that Jackie-O or Coco Chanel may have worn in their day.
